in other news, br.Farooq has officially called my father "Joe".
Read an article on "Samosatene" and "Arian" Christianity--the "true" Ahl-e-Kitab, it seems. I find it fascinating how they reject much of Paulian doctrine. And also the rift between Eastern Orthodox and Western Churches, over papal authority. It was interesting, because I was discussing with Ammi yesterday as well about responsibilities of da'wah --to family in Saskatoon particularly, as we plan to go there at "Christmas" time. And how 'Mennonitism' evolves and is intimately connected with culture.
