and then our exile

Two things, both relating to the Movement:
----March 20th, we have a PARADE!! No seriously, don't laugh: it should work! Marilyn's new name is Pandora--i mentioned her idea to Ammi, and boom! And now i've had a lengthy discussion with LC, and we are On Our Way! Tons of floats and a marching band and horses and noisemakers and dancers (khattak, anyone?) and it can be a great big carnival! and Chinese snakes! and costumes! and booths! and falling statues! we can amalgamate all the great ideas we've ever had or anybody else has ever had! there's enough time to plan--there's still a month-and-then-some. Mobilize the youth! Forget bureaucracy! Rise up!
Creativity *refuses* to be squelched! Methinks i see an opening for TONIGHT here: it won't require much, just a coordinated and harmonious hub wherefrom dedicated individuals can stem to contact bodies and so on. And the rest of Edmonton will flock to this--it will be great!

----in an unrelated development, i've found out that Jim G also lives in Sh.Pk and so i no longer have to stand at the Greyhound bus depot surrounded by drunk people in snowy Sunday evenings waiting for the bus-that-doesn't-come, if i do ever feel like going to meetings again.
