- "what do we owe to the global poor?", lecture by david kahane. my philosophy professor. 12-1pm.thurs.nov17, stanley milner library.
- reading by catherine owen, vancouver poetess. 2pm.thurs.nov24, Humanities L-3.
- production of the tempest, nov.26/27, reserve seat outside the drama office (3-146 FAB).

there was a speech-type event from shaykh yasir fazagha tonight, but i didn't go. liked his khutbah though.

an exam tomorrow (today). please du'a.

i actually don't know when it is. but will find out. i think noor & i are going to go for the saturday. apparently it's going to be held in a media room in the fine arts building.

and about kahane's lecture...i'm encouraging people to go. he's a good speaker, i want to hear what he has to say. but as for skipping...i can't make that decision for anyone else. (:
