and then our exile

Monday, September 11, 2006 at 9:25 a.m.

to a cold country, a land where coyotes howl and the waning moon casts silver shadows. and cattle graze on hilltops, and spruce forests give testimony to value, to worth, to richness, to grace, and love.

the delicate balance between post-partum depression, on the one hand, and simple appreciation for family, potential, such things, on the other. and so i do not know what to say, about the trip.

familie are off to saskatoon for a few days, meaning i have wuddistan to myself. it's pretty much an open invite, am planning some kind of get-together for tomorrow - i'm done classes at 6.30, back home by about 8...bonfire, a dhikr, the whole shebang. the next day i don't have classes till 3pm, so if anyone's interested in some outside work, there are some trails that need clearing. and the raspberries need rototilling. or you can just sit under a tree and watch the clouds. anyways, email autochthonous[at]gmail[dot]com or call 922-0924.

upcoming:
sept11 - earth peace camp (4pm churchill square, 9pm march to canada place)
sept12/13 - party in wuddistan. come.
sept13 - ecawar meet
sept15 - genetically modified musical
sept17 - harvest fest
sept20 - MSA dinner
sept22 - MSA meet
sept23 - ramadan?
sept23-24 - sacred web conference

new side-links: safiyyah (also on umrah trip!) and ductapefatwa.

there is, at the least, hope.
