and then our exile

Oh no. The computer and i have parted ways. Or rather, she forsook me: I had a beautiful treatise all typed up. I feel unhappy. Later, I will redo my effort of the past twenty minutes. And am frustrated at whatever it is that wants to reproduce comments.

For now, I will simply say that today is a beautiful, beautiful day, with real, brilliant sunlight and brilliant, real blue sky. Which are both something new. And wind, which is also good. It is warm enough that I can go for a run [rusty joints, but that's different] in a tshirt and feel comfortable.
I do not think I shall visit with the computer [leaving aside the fact that our relationship is bumpy] after taraweeh any more, though--woke up at 5-something, slept for two&ahalfhours after fajr, halfanhour a few minutes ago. All this daytime sleep is new to me. I could try blaming it on daylight savings, but Natasha Rostov warned me of such a day early, so the excuse probably won't hold. It *is* strange, how synthetic constructs gain the ability to knock human beings off balance.
